Jayden Myckala Russell

Jayden Russell has been studying acting for 6 years and has been involved in sixteen theatrical productions—onstage and behind the scenes. Jayden's most recent stage credit is Fred/The Ghost of Christmas Past/Fan/Belle in The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge directed by Lisa Devine. Her most notable roles have been Evie in In Love and Warcraft, also directed by Lisa Devine, Mary Tilford in The Children's Hour, directed by Laticia Bell, Scheherazade in Arabian Nights, directed by Michael Robinson and Bonnie DePasse, and Loretta/Mother Theresa/Mary Magdalene in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, directed by Darise Error. In 2015, Jayden received an All Star Actress award at her high school's annual UIL competition for her portrayal as Mary Tilford in Lillian Hellman's The Children's Hour. In addition to acting, Jayden also has been singing her entire life and just recently began dabbling in the dance world. In 2016, Jayden performed a her very first dance number to The Tango Maureen from Rent with her friend Jake Bullock at Brookhaven College's annual Spring Dance Show. For four years, Jayden has also been working and expanding her abilities as a character performer at her local Six Flags amusement park. R
