The Shelterbelt Theatre presents two original plays by Shayne M. Kennedy - Plans to Form a Human Chain Faltered and The Unexpected, running July 7th - July 31st.

Plans to Form a Human Chain Faltered is a rapid fire comedy centered on Bethany, and the lessons she learns as captain of a 100 yard section of a human chain. Meganne Horrocks directs Kaitlyn McClincy, Noelle Pee, Kate Bacome, Mark Vondarsek, Vernon Wheeler and Jesse Hapke. The Unexpected allows the audience to listen in as Julia drops some big news on her Mother and Grandmother. Adam Nathan directs Melissa Carnahan and Kaitlyn McClincy.

The production team includes Dan Baye, Melissa Carnahan, Crystal Hagerman, Dave Podendorf, Laci Neal, Adam Nathan and McClain Smouse. This show runs July 7th - July 31st, 2011 at the Shelterbelt Theatre, 3225 California St. Curtain time is 8pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 6pm on Sundays. The July 7th performance will be a TAG Night Out to benefit the TAG Scholarship Fund.
