Roundabout Undergound presents David West Read's The Dream of the Burning Boy at the Black Box Theatre located inside the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. Performances begin February 25, 2011

Since the sudden death of one of his favorite students, high school teacher Larry Morrow has been falling asleep at his desk and dreaming. The school's guidance counselor is hanging inspirational posters designed to help everyone "process their emotions." The boy's sister and friends, disinterested in Dante, are more agitated and hormonal than usual. And as Larry's dreams intensify, a shocking secret is exposed. A secret that will change everything.

In the tradition of showcasing theatre's most exciting new talent, Roundabout Underground presents this searing yet surprisingly funny new play about finding the strength to move on... and the courage to live without regret.

Performances Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday at 8:00PM,
Saturday and Sunday at 2:30PM,
Sunday at 7:00PM
