'Wig Out!' Delays Previews One Day for Add't Tech Rehearsal; Begins 9/11

WIG OUT! at The Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street) will begin previews on Thursday, September 11, one day later than previously announced, due to the need for an additional technical rehearsal.
 
Directed by Tina Landau, WIG OUT! is a fierce and intoxicating new play which tells of two competing drag houses, and the loves, loyalties, and dreams within each that draws their members together and apart. The cast includes Daniel T. Booth (aka Sweetie), Joshua Cruz, Glenn Davis, Sean Patrick Doyle, McKenzie Frye, Nathan Lee Graham, Angela Grovey, Andre Holland, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Erik King, and Clifton Oliver.

Performances of Tarell Alvin McCraney's WIG OUT! are now set to run from September 11 through October 19. Opening is set for Tuesday, September 30. Performance schedule is Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday through Saturday at 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday at 3pm. Tickets are $20-$55.
