THE DOOPLES IN THE LAND OF DOO - THE MUSICAL recently celebrated its opening night at Cherry Lane Theater in Manhattan, and BroadwayWorld has photos from the festivities below! The show runs through December 20, 2015.
After its original sold-out run at the 2014 Midwinter Madness Short Play Festival on Broadway last March, the show generated impressive reviews. Dr. Lynn Hunter (Book/Lyrics) collaborated with Charles Mandracchia, (Grand Hotel the Musical, South Pacific, NYCO, Valentino the Musical/composer) who is credited as Director/Composer and co-developer, to create this motivational, live theatrical event that makes learning fun and exciting for young children.
The Dooples are a colorful, friendly group of writing tools that live in the Land of Doo and come to life. Together, they share many adventures and experiences through which children empower themselves with their own imagination and personify the conviction that "to learn is to do and to do is to learn."
Tickets for THE DOOPLES IN THE LAND OF DOO - THE MUSICAL are available for performances on Wednesday and Thursday, December 16th and 17th & December18th, December 19th & December 20th .
