Last night, July 19, Project Shaw presented Shaw's comedic masterpiece, Man and Superman, starring Arnie Burton, Michael Cerveris, David Cote, Josh Grisetti, Jayne Houdyshell, Daniel Jenkins, Simon Jones, Emily Loesser, Charlotte Moore, Bill Nolte, Elena Shaddow, and A.J. Shively.

Produced, edited and directed by David Staller, in Man and Superman, Jack Tanner is willing to go to almost any lengths to avoid matrimony, even take a trip to Hell and back.

Project Shaw performs at New York's most legendary private club, The Players. Located at 16 Gramercy Park South, (which is the equivalent of 20th St east of Park Avenue). In 1888, Edwin Booth, America's pre-eminent Shakespearean actor, and 15 other incorporators, including Mark Twain and General William Tecumseh Sherman, founded The Players. Modeled after London's famed theatrical club, The Garrick. The Players was the first American club of its kind. The club boasts portraits by, among others, John Singer Sargent, as well as unique theatrical memorabilia. For more information about the club click on the link below, or phone 212-475-6116.
