Broadway songstress Celina Carvajal is showing off her rock and roll side by bringing "Cocaine The Band, The Musical" to The Urban Street Theatre on October 1st and 2nd. Carvajal along with the shows writers Colin Doyle, Sean Doyle, and Raynal Reyes have been in their band The Deafening since 2006.

After years of sold out gigs this musical team has joined forces with Drama Desk Award nominee Paul Leschen to bring you this riveting musical that is a mix between Rock of Ages, This Spinal Tap, and Austin Powers.

With direction by David Alpert, choreography by Danielle Hannah Bensky and a cast that includes Celina Cavajal, Colin Coyle, Sean Doyle, Raynal Reyes, Tara Novie, Hannah Corrigan, Kaitlin Doughty, and Sean Patton along with a Keytar playing robot and Paul Leschen as musical director.

Playing October 1st and 2nd at Urban Stage Theatre, 253 West 30th Street, at 11pm. Tickets are $20.

Cocaine - (The Band) rocks your freakin' face off. This iconic eighties quartet is back from their 20 year cryogenic slumber and there's nothing Eddie Vedder can do about it. Brothers Husko and Jerko, on the guitar and bass respectively, are backed by Cuban cupid Marco on the skins and the best robot keytarist to ever come out of Japan, Robo. This rad rhythm section is fronted but the truly babeticious babe Coco Caine. Rock's true fab four has re-emerged from a long slumber to save Rock N' Roll from certain death. As band manager Jerry "The Jam" Goldenblatt commented, "There has never been four better people in the whole history of mankind... For now is the time for Rock royatly to return... Watch and learn"
