Ars Nova Announces Bloodsong Of Love Special Events 4/10, 4/11

Ars Nova (Jason Eagan, Artistic Director) proudly announces three special events, happening in conjunction with the world premiere of Bloodsong of Love: The Rock ?n? Roll Spaghetti Western, featuring book, music and lyrics by JoeIconis, and directed by John Simpkins. Spread the Bloodsong Kazoo Party: This Saturday (April 10), a hoard of bonafide Bloodsong fans will descend on Union Square for the official Spread the Bloodsong Kazoo Party! Between 3 and 4pm, the team will hand out free kazoos, and lead rousing kazoo-alongs. All Bloodsong fans and kazoo enthusiasts are invited to participate!

Joegasm Concert: Buy a ticket to this Sunday?s (April 11) performance of Bloodsong ofLove and get a free pass to an exclusive post-show concert in the intimate Ars NovaArtist Loft, featuring Joe Iconis and friends performing trunk songs from Bloodsong as well as Iconis classics.

The show, which is currently in previews, runs through Sunday, May 9, with an official press opening on Thursday, April 15. The show runs Wednesday through Sunday,with an added performance this Tuesday (April 13).
