FRINGE 2010: Pirates vs Ninjas
By Anya Tate-Manning

LAST NIGHT TONIGHT! at 9.30PM
Tickets: $16 full / $13 Concession / $12 Fringe Addicts

Pirates vs Ninjas is a blast. A complete and total blast. The jokes are pitched wonderfully dark. The design is astounding for a Fringe show. Every single one of the performances could be plucked out of this and planted in almost any other show and they would steal that show out from under it. Here they simply merge into one of the best ensembles in recent memory. - Uther Dean, Salient

Warning: contains graphic language and awesome violence!

Back/Words

TIckets: $16 full / $13 concession / $12 Fringe Addicts

Tell us about your first time... Bare Hunt Collective have been interviewing people from all walks of life to create a new Documentary Theatre piece. Building on a year long investigation into Verbatim Theatre, this new collective uses ipods to honestly replicate their subjects and present a show that is funny, moving and startlingly real.

The Immortals
By Martin Amis

In The Pit Bar

Thursday 18 - Saturday 20 & Thursday 25 - Saturday 27 February @ 7PM

Tickets: $15 with a house Beer of Wine, or $13 / $12 Fringe Addicts

"...a blistering critique of humakind's stupidity, delivered non-didactically from a perspective of amused and bemused objectivity. As such, Slevin delivers a palpable hit from Amis." - John Smythe, Theatreview

Buffoon's Birthday
In a style unlike any other BATS Fringe show, Christchurch-based Liminal Theatre follows up their 2009 season of Sweet As? with Buffoon's Birthday. It follows a group of playful fools celebrating their friend's birthday in their own twisted way, through an original, devised physical theatre piece combining mask, dance, and scripted drama.

Gods & Heroes
Epic tales of love, courage, ecstasy, and power improvised by the Greek Gods and Heroes, who have been resettled by the UN on Mount Victoria. Even the Gods don't know what's going to happen next!

Warning: May include togas.
