Nashville Rep presents a special REPaloud staged reading of the arresting play Luna Gale in partnership with OZ Arts Nashville on Thursday, January 14, 2016. This one night only event is free and open to the public and begins at 7pm.

A highly anticipated component of Nashville Rep's Ingram New Works Project, this special REPaloud provides Nashville with an opportunity to hear and experience Luna Gale - an engrossing script written by 2015-16 Ingram New Works Fellow Rebecca Gilman. Luna Gale received its world-premiere at Chicago's Goodman Theatre in 2014, and has been performed at theaters across the country to immense popularity.

This REPaloud staged reading marks the beginning of Nashville Rep's new Nashville Rep @ series - which will include Nashville Rep performances at various destinations around Nashville.

"The script is riveting," says Nashville Rep Producing Artistic Director, René D. Copeland, "and I'm very excited at the combination of this top notch play with Nashville's terrific actors at this uniquely Nashville location. Our REPaloud at OZ Arts Nashville marks the first partnership between the two organizations and we're beyond excited to come together for this reading. Having established themselves as a spot for engaging and original art, OZ Arts is an ideal, not to mention beautiful, location for our reading of Luna Gale."

Making the event even more exciting and unique, playwright Rebecca Gilman will be in attendance on January 14th and will participate in a talkback with audience and artists following the reading.

Reservations are recommended, as space is limited. Attendees can RSVP through Nashville Rep's website at nashvillerep.org/luna-gale.

The REPaloud staged reading of Luna Gale will be held at OZ Arts Nashville - 6172 Cockrill Bend Circle, Nashville, TN 37209, beginning at 7pm.
