New Board of Directors Announced at Theatre Memphis

Twelve new Board of Directors members have been elected by the Theatre Memphis membership to serve a three-year term through the 1012-13 season. Theatre Memphis, with a mission "to provide outstanding theatrical experiences to enrich the lives of our audiences and participants", annually brings a new class of members onto the board and fills certain positions at the Executive Board level.

This year the new officers and members were approved at the annual Theatre Memphis volunteer party held on July 11, 2010. The membership present were read the list of nominees and unanimously agreed to the new slate which consisted of: Justin Bailey, Richard Briscoe, Bena Cates, Katie Cole, Carol Fletcher, Antoinette Good, Kevin Kenny, Jude Knight, David McKinney, Pam Montesi and Shannon Sparks. Mac Bailey was elected to serve the remaining two years of a vacant position.

Officers for the 2010-11 season were approved as well. Steve Good will continue to serve as board President with Gerald Marshall serving as President Elect. Vice Presidents will be Teri Rhodes White, Sarah Norton and Barclay Roberts. Other positions are being filled by Bryan Ford (Treasurer), Kitty Cannon (Corresponding Secretary), Kristin Rapan (Recording Secretary), Gene B. Cochran (Business Advisor) and David Lusk (Past President)
