Cloris Leachman to Perform One-Woman Show at Lewis Family PLayhouse, 8/6-8/8
Cloris Leachman will perform her one-women show, CLORIS! I'M EIGHTY F*ING FOUR & STILL GOING STRONG, at Rancho Cucamonga, California's Lewis Family Playhouse from August 6 to August 8, The Playhouse's official website announces.
CLORIS! is described by San Jose Mercury News as "both touching and wildly funny;" The San Francisco Chronicle says, "...it's through a canny mix of melancholy and mirth that Leachman holds us spellbound through her show."
The August 6 and August 7 performances will be at 8pm, while the August 8 performance will be at 2 pm. The Lewis Family Playhouse is located at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center at 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Cloris Leachman's Broadway credits include AS YOU LIKE IT, SOUTH PACIFIC, MASQUERADE, A TOUCH OF THE POET, KING OF HEARTS, THE CRUCIBLE, and SUNDAY BREAKFAST. On film and television, she has played roles in 'The Last Picture Show,' 'Young Frankenstein,' 'High Anxiety,' 'The Mary Tyler Moore Show,' 'Phyllis,' and and 'Malcolm in the Middle;' she also recently appeared on 'Dancing With the Stars.'
