Veteran General Manager Daniel Kuney Forms New Theatrical Management Firm KGM

Veteran General Manager Daniel Kuney has formed KGM, a new full-service theatrical general management firm. Kuney leads the new venture after 16 years of experience as a General Manger both on and Off Broadway. The firm provides producers with a modern new approach that builds upon the best of what has come before while offering the expertise necessary to break ground in a new era of commercial theater.

"The industry demands modern leadership to step into the community and shape its future," said Kuney. "KGM offers a bold, passionate new voice and a clear, exciting vision that will help commercial producers successfully usher in the next generation of hit Broadway productions."

Daniel Kuney's Broadway credits include, Fela!, Rock of Ages, Reasons to Be Pretty, The 39 Steps, The Homecoming, and Talk Radio. Off-Broadway credits include Puffs, Heathers, Altar Boyz, Dog Sees God, My Name is Rachel Corrie, and In Masks Outrageous and Austere. His is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and, in his spare time, Daniel is an amateur marathon runner and triathlete.


Operating out of the Paramount Building in NYC, KGM's roster currently includes the record-breaking Off-Broadway play Puffs, The Magnificent Revengers, Heartbreak Hotel opening in Chicago in summer 2018, and the upcoming twentieth anniversary production of Reefer Madness.

In addition to Kuney, the KGM team also includes Assistant General Manager Daniella Benavides and Annie Schroeder.
