A sweeping musical adaptation of Victor Hugo’s classic, The Hunchback of Notre Dame tells a powerful story set in fifteenth-century Paris, following Quasimodo as he discovers love, courage, and acceptance beyond the walls of Notre Dame. With music by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, the production features the film’s beloved score alongside new songs. This staging is elevated by a full 21-piece live orchestra of Houston’s top musicians, performing an expanded orchestration of the score onstage. A breathtaking tale of love, justice, and hope, it is a rare and powerful theatrical event for Houston audiences.
