Good to the Last Drop at Palm Beach Institute for the Entertainment Arts

Good to the Last Drop, presented by the Palm Beach Institute for the Entertainment Arts, takes audiences inside a bustling coffee and wine bar where every patron has a story to tell. Part comedy, part drama, the show captures the humor and emotional truth of everyday life with a nostalgic nod to the larger-than-life style of Jackie Gleason. The ensemble cast includes Karen Chimato, Rebecca Clairvoyant, Ruth Deshommes, Scott Dickinson, Joseph Klan, Bryan Medina, Jill Nightingale, Adam Ratner, Luule Suozzi, and Zack Vallas. Performances run Memorial Day weekend, May 22–24, 2026, at the Institute's intimate 40-seat theater in North Palm Beach.
