Breakdown
This futuristic sci-fi allegory set in 2397 finds Manten, a young “straight” amnesiac struggling to find his existence in a world now ruled by an elevated group of spiritual beings that live in the intermediate state between man and woman. This group is known as “The Third Gender” and no longer allows “heteronormatives” like Manten to be born. His escape from being “eliminated” forces him on a journey to rediscover his existence in an unfamiliar world that both rejects and haunts him.
