Performers of all races, ethnicities, and body types are encouraged to audition.
Please prepare a contemporary MUSICAL THEATRE song and a monologue either from the show, or in the style of the show. Songs with strong storytelling aspects are highly recommended. Comedic abilities and sensibilities are paramount.

Dr. Frank N. Furter: Male, 30s-50s, a “sweet transvestite” scientist from the planet of Transylvania. Renowned for his decadence, self indulgence, and creator of boy toy Rocky Horror. He has taken over the castle as his laboratory.
Brad: Male, 20s-30s, straight laced, All American, on a journey of self-discovery and challenge in the face of the hedonism of Dr. Frank N. Furter. (Bari-Tenor)
Janet: Female 20s-30s, All American innocent girl, engaged to Brad. Her world is turned upside down as she is lured into the world of Dr Frank N. Furter (Mezzo-Soprano)
Riff Raff: Male, 20s-50s, lover of Magenta, and underling to Dr. Frank N. Furter. Plotting to overthrow the Doctor, and return to his home planet. (Rock Tenor)
Magenta/Usherette: 20s-50s, lover of Riff Raff. Part of the secret mission from Transylvania, disguised as a house cleaner, but returns in full space regalia to force the return to Transylvania. (Mezzo belter)
Columbia: Female 20s-30s, a rock and roll groupie, in love with Dr. Frank N. Furter, then the delivery boy, Eddie. (Mezzo-Belter)
Rocky Horror: Male 20s-30s, the creation of Dr. Frank N Furter, a “perfect specimen” and “boy toy” of the castle. Like the Frankenstein monster, he is loved then rejected by his creator. Comfortable in speedos. (Rock Tenor)
Eddie/ Dr. Scott: Male 30s-50s. Rock and roll madness with half a brain, doubles as Dr. Scott, mentor to Brad and Janet, and rival of Dr. Frank N. Furter, he is an expert on UFOs (Baritone)
Narrator: Any Gender, 30s-60s, tells the story of debauchery and decadence. Great with improv and potential interaction with audience members and sometimes vocal crowd.
2 Phantoms/ Understudies: 20s-40s, will serve as back up singers, who perform with the upstage band, and will also understudy principal roles.
