Breakdown

NOTE: This is a 3 character play. Actors must be vocally and physically transformational as each actor plays up to 12 roles. Physical improvisational skills as well as a strong vocal instrument that can create distinct tones, pitches and accents while articulating nuanced ideas will be the key to finding the right actors for this funny, provocative fantasy. Some of the characters include an arrogant bishop, an aggressive housewife, a cynical tourist, a grumbler. Think in terms of actors for Nicholas Nickelby, 39 Steps and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged. Additional skills such as mime, clowning, movement, playing an instrument etc. are all a plus.
