Seeking:
Abigail:
Caucasian female, Late 20s/Early 30s. Foul-mouthed female town sheriff. Noisy, Funny, Uninhibited. She knows what she wants and isn’t timid about demanding it, or even leveraging people into giving it to her. Deep down, she loves Dennis and everything she does in the play comes from a desire to keep him all for herself.
Dennis:
Caucasian male, Late 20s/Early 30s) Bad boy, older brother, outlaw, ex-con, bluesman, heartthrob. Also a little pissed off about the way things have turned out for his family. He’s got to be able to snarl and smolder and be mean, and still be totally appealing. Would do anything for his little brother, who’s all that’s left of his family.
Caitlin:
African American Female, Early 20s. Grown up in private schools, sophomore at Harvard. Feels terribly guilty about the way her father and all of his wealthy city friends come up to this mountain town and take it over on weekends and in the summertime. Wants to get in touch with the real people, and so finds the redneck-y vibe of the brothers and their run-down cabin incredibly appealing.
