SEEKING:
Ken:
Ken is a painter in his early 20s working as Rothko’s assistant. He is youthful and passionate and eager to learn. His face is open and vulnerable and he often looks more like a kid than a man. His parents were brutally murdered when he was a child and he and his sister grew up in foster homes. There is a damaged part of him that he doesn’t quite understand. He is intelligent, well-spoken and most of the time able to navigate Rothko’s insecurities and mood swings. He likes jazz and listens to Chet Baker.
