Seeking:

Chet Pazinski:

Mid 40s. Working class, physically imposing, subtle comic skills, strong dramatic core. Chet is a failed minor league baseball player who now owns a bar, deeply loves his wife and kids but has trouble showing it. Has a lot of pent up anger but also a wry sense of humor.

Ellen Pazinski:

Early 40s, working 1950’s housewife, medium-small build, attractive if somewhat plain, pronounced dry wit, strong mother overwhelmed by life, wide range from comic to dramatic. She's the glue that keeps the family together.

Eddie Pazinski:

Needs to read mid- teens (15-16), medium build, strong comic abilities, can be tough looking. Eddie's a typical 1950's teenager, consumed with guilt, sports and girls. He’s a popular kid, a bit of a wiseguy with a big heart.

Annie Pazinski:

Needs to read mid-teens (16-17), sweet, innocent girl, ideally a few extra pounds, definitely not small. Wide range—can go from crying instantly to hopeful within a few lines. Annie's a typical teenager consumed with boys, guilt and teenage angst like all other Catholic school girls in the 1950’s.
