SEEKING:
Girl:
Mid – late 20s. Pianist and folk-y singer. Direct, witty and unbelievably cool. Has had to work hard at life but doesn't think she deserves any sympathy. Must have an excellent Eastern European accent. Must sing and play the piano EXTREMELY well.
Billy:
Late 30s – 50s. A large Irish man. Owner of the music store where Girls plays piano. Loud, funny and protective of Girl. Irish accent. Must sing and play guitar well.
Reza:
Female late 20s. A loud, funny Czech girl who likes shouting and make up. Often a bit larger then life. Must sing extremely well. Eastern European accent. Must play piano and/or violin/fiddle.
Baruska:
Female 50s up. Mother of Girl. A warm Czech mother who likes a full house and full stomachs. Not many inhibitions. Eastern European accent. Must sing and play either the piano, accordion or cello well.
Bank Manager:
Male 30/40s. Irish. Seems quite prim and nerdy but has a secret passion for music. Irish accent. Must sing and play guitar well.
Eamon:
Male 30s-50s Irish. The music studio manager where Guy and Girl record their album. A tough nut to crack but eventually gives into the musician’s talents. Irish accent. Must sing and play either piano, accordion or cello
