Breakdown
Some roles have been cast. We are particulary seeking an actor with extensive experience performing outdoor Shakespeare to play the role of Prospero, with possible casting in "Macbeth" as well. Our Prospero should read as 60 - 70 years old, and will be a mad scientist, Nicholas Tesla, fervidly imaginative sort of character. Any experience doing stage magic is a big plus, but not required, and learning stage magic will be required for the role. For the role of Prospero only, we will accept mailed or emailed photo/resume. We encourage all actors to audition. All roles are understudied, most always with non-AEA actors.
