STORY: The uniquely southern California experience is celebrated in the candid, intimate song cycles of a Mexican-American man growing up in Carlsbad and a San Diego native woman reminiscing of her encounters with the Mexican community. Mixing narrative and melody, their stories are adventurous, romantic, honest, surprising and resonant.

Seeking:

Man:

Mexican-American, good-looking, wide age range and emotional range. Must have tremendous presence, charm and appeal. A complicated fellow but still modest and even naïve with a sense of humor. Seeking a very strong Latino actor, 30s-early 50s, who sings with the stamina and STAR QUALITY to hold the stage in this two-person musical. A huge role.
