SEEKING

Equity Chorus Dancers for roles in DEATH BECOMES HER, based on the Universal Pictures film written by Martin Donovan and David Koepp. The producers, creative team, and casting team are committed to an equitable, inclusive, and accessible casting process for Death Becomes Her. We are actively seeking performers of all races, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, abilities, gender identities, and body types to audition.

Seeking:

• ENSEMBLE DANCERS: Ages 20s–40s. Dancers with strong technique and partnering skills who sing very well. All vocal types, comfortable in legit Broadway and contemporary/pop Broadway styles. Must be comfortable with contemporary movement styles.
• Also seeking dancers who tumble with backgrounds in gymnastics/acrobatics. Advanced parallel bar experience a plus.

PREPARATION

Please wear dancewear that shows off your line. Heels ensemble: please dance in character heels. In case you are asked to sing, prepare 16 bars of a legit musical theatre song that you love to sing and that shows your range. Bring sheet music in the correct key and a hardcopy headshot and resume stapled together.
