Please prepare a contemporary monologue (2 minutes or less) with a British accent.

Seeking (all roles are available):

Casting director’s note: “In order to be cast, all actors will need to be able to do a flawless British accent.”

M: British man, 30s – early 40s. Articulate, fiercely intelligent and charming. Quite comfortable in his own skin, he is opinionated, confident and clever. He is easily devastated, and bullish in the face of losing something he loves. ACTOR MUST HAVE INCREDIBLE VERBAL SKILLS. Lead.

John: British, mid 20s – mid 30s. Charming, articulate, smart, funny. Though highly intelligent, he is also sensitive, confused and paralyzed with indecision. ACTOR MUST HAVE INCREDIBLE VERBAL SKILLS. Lead.

W: British woman, mid 20s – early 30s. Attractive, smart, straightforward and self-possessed. Confident in her own abilities and impervious to verbal attacks, yet also vulnerable. ACTOR MUST HAVE INCREDIBLE VERBAL SKILLS. Lead.

F: British man, mid 50s – early 70s. Father of M; fiercely loyal, supportive and understanding of his son, and encourages him to do whatever it takes to avoid a devastating loss. Supporting.
