All actors must be available to audition, rehearse, and travel from NYC. Housing is not provided.

ALL ACTORS ARE SIGNED AS ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS and will be required, as such, to lift scenery and sound equipment during daily load-in and load outs (up to 60 lbs).


ALL ACTORS MUST SING & SPEAK WITH A BRITISH ACCENT.

All actors must be strong singers and versatile performers. Each actor plays multiple characters.

Seeking:

Scrooge:

18+, any vocal range. His songs are in the Henry Higgins talk-sing tradition.

Bob Cratchit:

18+ to play various characters Baritone or tenor. Quirky young leading man. Also plays the Ghost of Christmas Future.

Fred:

18+ High Baritone. Young leading man who can play odd character types. Also plays Teen Scrooge.

Fezzwig:

18+, High Baritone/tenor. Character man.- plays multiple roles including Fezziwig, Ghost of Christmas Present and Marley’s Ghost.

Mrs. Cratchit:

18+ to play various characters in their 20s-30s. Needs to have soprano notes as well as a belt. Character woman to play various roles including the ethereal Ghost of Christmas Past, Mrs. Dilber, Scrooge’s maid, and a young boy.

Tiny Tim:

18+ to play early to mid 20s. FEMALE. Soprano with pop belt. Should be short (under 5’3”) in stature and believable as a young boy. Also plays Scrooge’s younger sister FAN, among other roles.
