The Little Yoga Studio Announces 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Boulder, Today
The Little Yoga Studio is excited to announce registration is now open for a new, 200-hour yoga teacher training course that begins on September 9, 2016, in Boulder, Colorado. Designed for enthusiasts looking to take the next step in yoga, expand their yoga knowledge, and teach others the benefits of yoga, the training course includes yoga practice, lectures, observation, and teaching over eight weekends in September and October.
The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is a comprehensive and certified program registered with the Yoga Alliance. The program focuses on the vinyasa yoga style and includes instruction on teaching more than 50 foundational asanas.
The yoga teacher training program includes training on yoga philosophy, principles of anatomy and physiology, energy anatomy, yoga instruction and practice, relaxation and meditation. The course even offers a unique learning opportunity with customized applied anatomy lectures from a local expert with decades of experience. All techniques and practice focus on learning how to guide safe and meaningful yoga classes.

Registration is open now for the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course that starts September 9th and finishes October 30, 2016. Students who register and pay the full tuition by September 1, 2016 receive a $500 discount for the program. All yoga classes at The Little Yoga Studio are included in the program cost for the duration of the training.
