Comedy Works South in The Landmark Village has announced the appearance of comedian Tracy Morgan for two nights and three shows only, Saturday October 17: 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM and
Sunday October 18: 7:00 PM.

NAACP Image Award nominee Tracy Morgan plays wild and unpredictable movie star Tracy Jordan in NBC's three-time Emmy Award-winning "30 Rock," a workplace comedy where the workplace exists behind-the-scenes of a live variety show. This year, 30 Rock was nominated for 17 Emmy Awards including Tracy Morgan for best supporting actor.

As a stand-up comic who headlined across the country, Morgan was first introduced to TV audiences in his role as "Hustleman" on the hit comedy series "Martin." Morgan next joined "Saturday Night Live" in 1996 where he appeared for seven seasons and created such memorable characters as "Astronaut Jones" and "Brian Fellows." After leaving "Saturday Night Live," Morgan went on to star in his own comedy series "The Tracy Morgan Show" and as the voice of "Spoonie Luv" on "Crank Yankers." Morgan returned to "Saturday Night Live" in March 2009 for his first appearance as host.

Morgan's feature film credits include "The Longest Yard," "Little Man," "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" and "Head of State." He most recently starred in "First Sunday," opposite Ice Cube and Katt Williams, for Sony Pictures. He was most recently seen in "Superhero Movie" featuring Christopher McDonald, Pamela Anderson, Leslie Nielsen and Jeffrey Tambor. His upcoming projects include the Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films' animated movie "G-Force," to which he lent his voice, along with Nicolas Cage, Penelope Cruz, Will Arnett and Steve Buscemi, and the feature film "Nailed," directed by David O. Russell, in which he stars alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Biel.
In addition to his two individual NAACP Image Award nominations, Morgan, along with the "30 Rock" cast, won a 2009 Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. They also won the 2009 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy.
