The longest running off-Broadway revue in history has been revised for the 21st century! I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change celebrates the mating game this Fall at BDT Stage. Taking on the truths and myths behind that age-old conundrum known as The Relationship, this contemporary musical explores the Before of dating and marriage, to the After featuring in-laws and kids and aging in love. This hilarious revue pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, to those who have dared to ask, "Say, what are you doing Saturday night?" Playing BDT Stage September 15 - November 3, 2018, this updated version features new songs, revised lyrics and dialogue throughout the show to reflect dating in today's world. This is not the same I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change you saw 20 years ago! It was funny then, and it's down- right hysterical now!

Directed by award-winning actor Seth Caikowski, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change features a four person cast. "The beauty of revues like Love, Perfect, Change is how dynamic the actors are required to be! We all live these stereotypes at one point or another, so not only does the performance need to be spot on and not contrived, the actors on stage need to keep straight faces when all they want to do is laugh right alongside the audience the whole time!" BDT Stage will showcase frequent company members Brian Jackson, Bob Hoppe, and Heather Doris, and newcomer Anne Terze-Schwarz in this ensemble-driven production. Featuring music direction by BDT veteran Neal Dunfee.

BDT Stage presents four Broadway-quality musicals each season, and has been recognized locally and nationally for commitment to theatrical excellence.
