I DO! I DO! Begins Run Tomorrow at Vintage Theatre

Vintage Theatre presents "I Do! I Do!" at 1468 Dayton St., Aurora 80010. Tony Award nominated I Do! I Do! is a two-character story spanning fifty years, from 1915 to 1965, as it focuses on the ups and downs experienced by Agnes and Michael Snow throughout their marriage. The set consists solely of their bedroom, dominated by the large fourposter bed in the center of the room.

Suzanne Nepi is Agnes Snow and Brian Walker Smith is Michael Snow in the Tony Award nominated "I Do! I Do!"singing favorites that include "My Cup Runneth Over," "A Well Known Fact," "Together Forever" and the title song "I Do! I Do!"

Agnes and Michael have been played previously by Mary Martin and Robert Preston, Carol Lawrence and Gordon MacRae, Carol Burnett and Rock Hudson, Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke and Lee Remick and Hal Linden.

Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt received an Obie Award and the 1992 Special Tony Award for "The Fantasticks." In 1999 their "stars" were added to the Off-Broadway Walk of Fame outside the Lucille Lortel Theatre.
