ALL MY SONS Opens at The Arvada Center, 3/2
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities finishes the 2017 - 2018 Black Box season with All My Sons directed by Lynne Collins, opening Friday, March 2, 2018.
All My Sons, by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Arthur Miller, won a Tony Award for Best Author when it premiered in 1947. Loosely based on true events, it tells the story of a family struggling with their decisions in the aftermath of World War II. The 2017 - 2018 Theatre Season is sponsored by Lutheran Medical Center.
Running in repertory with Sense and Sensibility and The Electric Baby, select performances are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., with matinées on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m., through May 3, 2018. Preview performances are February 28 and March 1 at 7:30 p.m.
Audience talkbacks are held on April 13 after the 7:30 p.m. performance, and April 18 after the 1:00 p.m. matinée. Chats with the cast are held before every performance, and actors are available for informal discussions afterward as well. Please check the website for specific performance days.
