Brandywiners Host Spring Concert at Aldersgate United Methodist Church

A free public concert for Friends and Family is being offered at Aldersgate United Methodist Church at 7:30 pm on Monday, May 9. The program includes songs from movies and musicals. A highlight is always a medley from the summer show that is presented by The Brandywiners, Ltd. in the Open Air
Theatre of Longwood Gardens. This summer¹s show is Cole Porter¹s ³Kiss Me Kate².
The program will be presented in the church sanctuary at 2313 Concord Pike, Fairfax in north Wilmington. An overview of the program can be downloaded from the Events section of the Brandywiners¹ website, www.brandywiners.org.
The Brandywiners Chorale of 60 mixed voices has, for over 20 years, been entertaining a variety of organizations in the fall and spring seasons in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Their director and piano accompanist are professional musicians.
