Erth's DINOSAUR ZOO LIVE to Bring Life-Like Giants to the Palace

Created by Erth Visual & Physical of Sydney, Australia, Dinosaur Zoo Live is an experiential theatre production which takes audiences on a prehistoric journey into a new dimension where they get to meet a menagerie of insects, mammals, and dinosaurs that once roamed the planet millions of years ago. Featuring a large-scale cast of life-sized dinosaur puppets brought to life by sophisticated design, theatrical presentation, and puppet mastery, these amazingly life-like dinosaur recreations connect children to paleontology in a fun and informative setting.
Columbus Children's Theatre Presents Roald Dahl's JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH

New Vision Dance Co. presents ' UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL, vol. 2', a contemporary program of intimate solo choreography both created and performed by the company. This is our 2nd annual presentation of an evening of solo works and small dance pieces. Artistic director, Melissa Gould will also reveal works in progress inspired by the challenges of confined space. Audience members will experience inventive movement in the immersive Green Room at Short North Stage in five individual hour-long performances. Proceeds support the company's upcoming 2017 season. We have an incredible line up of dance as well as guest vocal performances to entertain you. Jon Trachtman and Leslie Arthur are out of work musicians who room together in New York City. To save money, Jon has been filing tax returns listing the pair as a married. The day of reckoning comes when the Internal Revenue Service informs the 'couple' they're going to be investigated. Leslie masquerades as a housewife, aided by Jon's fiancee, Kate. Complicating matters further Leslie and Kate are having an affair behind Jon's back, Jon's mother drops in unexpectedly to meet her son's fiancee, and Leslie's ex girlfriend Connie shows up demanding to know why Leslie has changed and won't see her anymore. Like a cross between I Love Lucy and Three's Company! The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) and Broadway in Columbus (BIC) today announced the 2017-18 PNC Broadway in Columbus season. The five-show season, supported in part by PNC, features three productions never before seen in Columbus including School of Rock, Waitress, and An American in Paris. The 2017-18 season also includes the 2015 Tony Award-winning Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodger's & Hammerstein's The King and I and Chicago starring Ohio State football superstar Eddie George.

Once on this Island is an adaptation of novelist Rosa Guy's My Love, My Love, which is in turn inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid. The annual All-Ohio Show is one of the most exciting projects that the Ohio EdTA offers to Thespians in Ohio. Thirty-eight students from nineteen different high schools around Ohio are featured in this production.  The show rehearses over 3 long weekends before opening the State Thespian Conference. The All-Ohio show intends to provide participating students with the experience of working on an advanced level of theatrical production. Involvement in the All-Ohio show is a special honor for the participants and schools, as well as an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
