SYNOPSIS

Set in 1999 or so in Stony Bridge Lakes, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, BEAUTIFUL CUL DE SAC follows two families as they interact, intermingle, and intercourse their way through suburban life. This is a hilarious new musical that tackles themes of family, love, sex, and art.

PRODUCTION TEAM:
Stefan Farrenkopf (Book, Composer, Director) is the playwright and composer of Lunch Lady: Tater Tots of
Love, performed around the country and at the Edinburgh Fringe. His direction of Lunch Lady for Shots of the Dark won BWW's 2012 Best Musical and Best Direction of a Musical, Local. Stefan wrote and composed Buzzfeed: The Musical for Available Light's 24 Hour Theatre, which initiated his collaborations with Andy Falter and Ashley Woodard. Stefan performed in Shot's Headsets: A View From the Light Booth and in Queens of the Ring for Available Light's Next Stage Initiative. His album of original material, "Then Again Very Indeed" will be available soon. Follow @SFarrenkopf on Twitter for updates. Stefan teaches English at Columbus Academy. He thanks his family for their support and (voluntary!) participation and Michelle Schroeder for her indispensable advice and encouragement.
