Columbus Symphony Announces Lineup for 2011 Nationwide Insurance Picnic

The Columbus Symphony Orchestra today announced the 2011 season lineup for its two annual summer outdoor concert series, the Nationwide Insurance Picnic with the Pops and Popcorn Pops.
The 2011 Nationwide Insurance Picnic with the Pops will run June 18 through July 30, and feature Chris Botti, The Spinners, and The Ohio State University Marching Band, among others. The 2011 Nationwide Insurance Popcorn Pops runs June 24 through July 22, and will feature three special family concerts recommended for children ages 3-12.2011 NATIONWIDE INSURANCE PICNIC WITH THE POPSAll concerts are held on the lawn of Chemical Abstracts Service (2540 Olentangy River Rd.). Gates open at 6 pm. Concerts begin at 8:15 pm.
