PRiMA Theatre to Present BACK TO THE 80'S, 6/9 & 16

PRiMA invites Lancaster to enjoy a totally rad love affair with music's most opulent decade. Engage the experience with an extra dose of 80's flavor by dressing the era.

BACK TO THE 80'S is a music adventure with a solid dose of theatricality, directed by PRiMA's Dan Deal (Glee Live!, Monster Music, The Last Five Years). "This show is going to be everything PRiMA audiences love: killer voices, amazing music and an incomparably fun experience!" says Mr. Deal. The cast consists of over forty professional performers from across the region, offering an interactive and unforgettable experience.

Producing Director, Mitchell M. Nugent has collaborated with Nick Skiadas and the team at the Chameleon Club to offer a fitting site for this show. Skiadas notes, "PRiMA is bringing fresh theatre to life in Lancaster and we're happy to serve the community in this way."

The 80's were the golden age of synthesizer music and energetic anthems. From big hair and tight clothes to epic guitar solos and incredible voices, this decade is considered to be one of the greatest eras in modern music. The music of hundreds of artists from Barry Manilow to AC/DC have made a significant influence on contemporary music.

BACK TO THE 80'S will show July 9, 16 and 23, 7pm at the Chameleon Club, located at 223 North Water Street in the heart of Downtown Lancaster. Parking is available in the public garage at 220 North Water Street.
