About the Artists (in order of appearance):

Michelle Lordi combines unique clarity and grace with subtle emotional depth and eclectic tastes. Philadelphia-based vocalist Michelle Lordi challenges the standard idea of what a jazz singer is. Lordi offers a unique mix of conventional and unconventional, traditional and modern, with a broad range of interests and influences. On her breakthrough CD, Drive (2015), Lordi takes listeners on a captivating personal journey, mining ten favorites from her varied repertoire of American Songbook classics and modern pop hits. Drive was well received by critics and received extensive radio airplay both nationally and internationally. Michelle is becoming a regular presence on stages in and around Philadelphia, Denver and NYC playing clubs and jazz festivals and cabarets. She has appeared in "Top 50" clubs such as DazzleJazz (CO) Smoke, Metropolitan Room, Maureen's and Birdland (8/17) (NY). She's parlayed those experiences into her live shows and albums Drive and Dream A Little Dream, which provide evidence of her profound love of the music in every note of her vividly expressive and elegantly communicative voice.

Paula Johns is an accomplished cabaret singer and jazz vocalist who hails from Philadelphia. She is often compared to Ella Fitzgerald and other great contemporaries of that era, but Paula brings her own distinctive panache to each song she sings, especially the songs from The Great American Songbook. With a voice like butter, she enjoys a great lyric that tugs at your heartstring, as well as a lyric that'll make you fall off your seat with laughter. Her passion for the music ignites the emotions of her audiences and allows them to feel the stories that each song tells.

Jared Feinman mixes Elton John's piano sound, John Legend's soul, and Frank Sinatra's charisma and bring audiences his impassioned and raw music. Born and raised on the outskirts of Philadelphia, Jared fuses the sound of Philadelphia he grew up listening to with his extensive classical and jazz piano training. At the age of 24, Jared carries an authenticity unmatched by many of his contemporaries, providing a refreshing, new, artistic voice on the scene. His current work explores lost love with a distinct perspective, incorporating dazzling piano licks with his strong baritone voice. Jared studied songwriting and performance at Berklee College of Music. His professors included acclaimed songwriter and author, Pat Pattison, and renowned artist and songwriter, Livingston Taylor. Over the past year, Jared has been tirelessly writing, recording, and producing his first album, comprised of all-original music. He is thrilled to have 7x Grammy-winning producer, Frank Filipetti, mix the final product. Further information on how to find and listen to Jared's album will be detailed at the show.

He was the original host of "Dancin' on Air," a popular TV show in the 80's, and recently hosted the reunion show on Channel 17, WPHL-TV. He was also a radio talk-show host for many years on WWDB-FM. The Eddie Bruce Orchestra is one of the most prominent social bands in the region and recently he led them at the prestigious Academy Ball, The Assembly Ball and the Ball in the Square in Rittenhouse Square.
