Hershey Symphony Orchestra Celebrates the Spooky Sounds of the Season

The Hershey Symphony Orchestra will scare and delight you with selections at "Halloween Hoots & Horrors" on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 8 p.m. The concert features music from Der Freichutz Werewolves, Berlioz's Witches' Sabbath and the classic "Sorcerer's Apprentice" from Disney's Fantasia.

The orchestra will be in disguise and invites the audience to come in costume as well.

Discounted Student Rush tickets are $10 and are available at the box office two hours before the show. Students must present a valid student ID.

Celebrating its 45th season, the Hershey Symphony Orchestra is comprised of more than 80 accomplished local musicians and strives to engage the community through artistic excellence and live performances of great music. Established in 1969 as a chamber ensemble by a group of musicians at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, the Hershey Symphony has grown to be one of the largest volunteer orchestras in the nation.
