Gamut Theatre Hosts Kidsfest Of Artsfest 2018
Gamut Theatre Group's Popcorn Hat Players will host KIDSFEST, the children's section of Artsfest of greater Harrisburg. The festival is held in Riverfront Park May 26 and 27 from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and May 28 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. KIDSFEST is located at the far end of Artsfest near the Market Street walking bridge.
KIDSFEST features vendors selling items such as food, toys, games, and arts that have a child-friendly focus.. Festival goers can enjoy live performances by the Popcorn Hat Players, who will present Aesop's Fables at 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day, as well as performances by magician, Almar the Professional Idiot, and workshops with Kidding Around Yoga with Ericka America. Admission to Kidsfest and Artsfest is free, and brings in people from all over Central Pennsylvania each year. Kidsfest 2018 is sponsored by Lois Lehrman Grass.
