YOUNG GIFTED & BLACK At The Green Room 42 Moves To December 12
Back by popular demand, The Green Room 42 and Iris Productions present the next in their popular "YGB" concert series: YOUNG GIFTED & BLACK: CHRISTMAS - an evening celebrating both black excellence and the black experience, while inviting audience members to reminisce with some of their favorite Christmas Hits. Due to scheduling conflicts at the venue, The Green Room 42 has moved the show to Wednesday, December 12 at 9:30 PM.
"Beautiful," "brave," and "brilliant" are just a few of the words audience members are using to describe the inaugural YOUNG GIFTED & BLACK, held his past September at The Green Room 42.
Don your ugliest Christmas Sweater and settle into the warm holiday stylings of some of New York's finest known and unknown talent, singing songs from the heart and full of soul. "YGB is truly a village," says Motown's Devin Price, one of the featured performers in the original YGB. Price will be returning for the second installment. "You are surrounded with love and support while meeting new faces and catching up with familiar faces you've met along this journey."
Hosted by Iris Productions' Wesley J. Barnes and Olivia Griffin.
Tickets start at $20 with no food/beverage minimum. Tickets and information are available at www.thegreenroom42.com.
