Tony Award Nominee Corinna Sowers Adler to Perform at Metropolitan Room Starting This Month

As a professional singer, critic Marilyn Lester stated that Corinna has, "A voice as pure as crystal...". Corinna made her solo cabaret debut in 2010 at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Ms. Sowers Adler has created two reoccurring musical series that showcase up and coming musicians and performers. She is the Executive Director of Gas Lamp Academy of Performing Arts in Glen Ridge, NJ and the owner and Founding Artistic Director of NiCori Studios and Productions. Her many New York engagements include venues such as Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center, 54 Below, Feinstein's and Stage 72. Corinna hosts the "Music at the Mansion" series and was nominated for a 2012 MAC Award. She was also a 2012 and 2014 BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards in the "Best Female Vocalist" and "Best Host of a Variety Show" categories. Musical Director, Alex Rybeck, is a pianist, arranger, composer, and music director, internationally recognized for his work on Broadway, in cabarets and concerts, and on recordings.
