Celebrated for her killer vocals and vicious wit, popular nightlife performer Thea K. Lammers stars in her debut club act A DEATH STAR IS BORN. You only have two options as a girl: ingenue or villain. Nice or bitch. With musical direction by Patrick DeGennaro and writing by Justin McDevitt, Thea reflects on her villainous side, and the limited roles that exist for women. Combining humorous antics and fugues of fantasy, the Queen of Mean will show you what it really means to be a B-I-T-C-H in a mansplained world.

Thea K. Lammers is a graduate of Circle in the Square and current student of New York City Piano Bar. Thea credits her time at The Duplex in shaping much of her performance style and humor. NYC credits include The Seagull, Into the Woods, Sapien Sapien Sapien, The Runaway Clone, and Much Ado About Nothing. Thea is a Resident Actor with the Shakespeare company Hamlet Isn't Dead.

Join her, if you dare, this Monday the 18th at 7pm at The Duplex Cabaret Theater. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door with a two drink minimum. The Duplex Cabaret Theatre is located at 61 Christopher Street (on 7th Avenue, just off the 1 train).
