The Highline Ballroom Present's Lea Delaria's HOLIDAY HO-HO-HO-DOWN!, 12/9
THE HIGHLINE BALLROOM presents Lea DeLaria's Holiday Ho-Ho-Ho-Down! on Wednesday, December 9.
Lea DeLaria has distinguished herself in every form of entertainment that she touches. Jazz Musician, Broadway Diva, Actor Writer and Stand-Up Comic, and it is plain to see why Ben Brantley of the New York Times describes Lea as, "Every inch a star." The "famously controversial" DeLaria was "the first openly gay comic to break the late-night talk-show barrier" with her 1993 appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show. She has appeared in the 200 Broadway cast revival of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and on the 2005 Hair - Actors' Fund of America Benefit Recording. For more information on Delaria visit www.delariadammit.com.
Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased here. Doors open at 6pm and the show beings at 8pm. For more information on the Highline Ballroom visit www.highlineballroom.com.
