Sylvie Boisel Brings Edith Piaf and Maurice Chevalier to the Met Room Today
By: BWW News Desk
Sylvie Boisel has perfected her tribute to Edith Piaf, which now also includes tender songs from the man who sang "Thank Heaven for Little Girls", Maurice Chevalier. When performed by Ms. Boisel in her powerfully poignant style, these are not just "oldies", they come alive with trembling passion!
You can experience her program in the traditional chanson style here in New York City, where she takes it back to the roots, remembering and honoring Piaf's simple origins -- now with the addition of touching and sentimental Maurice Chevalier classics.

The Metropolitan Room is located at 34 West 22nd St. (bet. 5 &6 Aves) NYC. The concert will feature Sylvie Boisel, Sam Ben-Meir & Gregory Nissen, plus the I Love Paris Music Band.
