Starsky + Cox Present YOU BETTER WATCH OUT at Joe's Pub

Starsky + Cox - the couple named "Psychics to the Stars" by Vanity Fair, known for their international best- selling book Sextrology - will bring a special Yule installment of their Starring show - You Better Watch Out to Joe's Pub at The Public Theater on Sunday, December 20 at 7:00 PM for the winter solstice.

Stella Starsky and Quinn Cox, recognized for their national TV appearances on E! TV's "Chelsea Lately," VH1 and MTV, are the world's favorite cosmic comics. On a raucous sleigh ride along the astral plane, Starsky + Cox unlock the secrets of the stars, sprinkling us with their wry wisdom and groovy guidance. From reading audience's astrological charts to to unleashing the metaphysical power of the zodiac to delving the kinky corners of the multiverse, Starsky + Cox regale show-goers, in words and music, with their super-natural tales from the synchronistic road less taken, letting us in on the cosmic joke and revealing why they are the go-to gurus of this or any generation. With Matt Ray, Claudia Chopek, Danton Boller and Patrick Johnson.

STELLA STARSKY + QUINN COX, a real-life married couple, are modern metaphysicians, cultural commentators and astrological consultants with an international private clientele. Their best-selling book Sextrology: The Astrology of Sex and the Sexes (Harper, 2004) - which has been translated into 15 foreign editions - is a favorite of celebrities Scarlett Johansson, Charlize Theron, Kim Catrall and Kelly Rippa and is sold at venues such as Marc Jacobs and Colette in Paris. In addition to their follow up, Cosmic Coupling: The Sextrology of Relationships (Crown, 2009), Starsky + Cox have contributed to publications such as Vogue, Allure, Cosmopolitan, The Daily Beast, Elle and Glamour.

Starsky + Cox hosted the public radio show "The Cosmic Connection" from 2008-2012. A podcast of the popular program will debut in 2015. They are regular guests on "Chelsea Lately" and have recently appeared on MTV's "The Guy Code" and VH1's "Big Morning Buzz Live". Starsky + Cox regularly present their Cosmic ClinicTM, offering on-the-spot astrological readings at private and charitable events, as well as for the general public at a variety of venues. They are also the purveyors of AsterCast, a starry collection of fine jewelry praised for its "spectacular effect" by Vogue. Starsky + Cox regularly appear at Joe's Pub at the Public with their live, cosmic musical comedy act has also been performed in New York City at Ars Nova and The Zipper Factory, and at Oberon/ART in Cambridge. They are founders with John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and The Angry Inch) of the Afterglow Festival in Provincetown.
