Sandy and Richard to Return to the Met Room with 'A TASTEFULLY RAUNCHY EVENING'
With over 5 million hits on YouTube, Sandy and Richard return to the Metropolitan Room with their seasoned, sassy, San Francisco-style, all-comedy, all-original blend of satire, parody, politics and song -- "A Tastefully Raunchy Evening With Sandy And Richard Riccardi."
Sandy and Richard first performed and recorded "Hockey Mama for Obama" in 2008, and it spiraled to a success of over a million YouTube hits within two weeks. Since then, their YouTube hits in total have passed the five million mark! Their repertory comes from a variety of sources, including political discourse, marital bliss, and the day to day. Richard has played for such greats as Joel Grey, Wesla Whitfireld, Martha Raye, Mel Torme and Tom Jones.
Sandy and Richard's show is an ever-evolving one which grows and changes with the political and social climate in which they live. They are looking forward to their return to the Metropolitan Room in New York City. June 8th will be their fourth show in this venue.
