A grand time was had by all when Richard Skipper celebrated Carol Channing's 97th Birthday. The Laurie Beechman Theater (Kenny Bell, Producing Artistic Director) and Russ Woolley presented the prince of live entertainment along with a cavalcade of stars equipped with brilliant songs and enchanting stories of Broadway and the woman of the hour, Carol Channing.
The show featured Christine Pedi, Diane J. Findlay, Wendy Scherl, K.T. Sullivan, and the venerable Lee Roy Reams. Richard Skipper Celebrates LEGENDS like no other! Now get ready to celebrate the celebrator! Sunday, February 11 starting at 1:00 p.m. (doors open at 12:15 p.m.), at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, Russ Woolley will present HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RICHARD! A BIRTHDAY BASH HONORING Richard Skipper. Richard has no idea of the line-up, so this will be his own THIS IS YOUR LIFE.
