Starting off as a primer for the uninitiated on Bears, Bearitone promises to be a night's worth of songs exploring identity. Did you choose to be a Bear? Were you ever a Catholic? The songs and ideas in Bearitone will investigate the decisions we make about who we are now.

About Patrick Mellen:

Patrick Mellen appeared on Broadway in 'Lestat', off-Broadway in 'Frankenstein' and is looking forward to the next gothic musical theatre adventure. He has sung with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and can be heard on many, many musical theatre demos. His first solo show 'ringfinger' explored marriage equality; Bearitone is his second collaboration with his Music Director Douglas Maxwell.
