NAMT returns to 54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, on April 28th for another installment of our Songwriter Spotlight.
This 9:30 pm concert will feature Lisa Howard, Corey Mach, Patti Murin, Sarah Stiles, Andrew Samonsky, Kate Rockwell and more, performing songs from three NAMT Festival alumni songwriting teams:
- Barbara Anselmi & Brian Hargrove: Broadway-bound It Shoulda Been You (Fest '09), which was recently seen at The Village Theatre and George Street Playhouse
- Paul Gordon: Broadway-bound Jane Austen's Emma (Fest '06) and Analog and
Vinyl (Fest '13) , which will premiere this summer at the Weston Playhouse - Ben Clark: The Circus in Winter (Fest '12), which will premiere at Goodspeed Musicals this fall
The writers and their Broadway friends will sing songs from their Festival shows, perhaps sharing a behind-the-scenes story or two along the way. A portion of the ticket sales will go towards NAMT and our Festival of New Musicals, now celebrating its 26th year!
Tickets are only $35 and can be purchased at www.54below.com.
